Rosemary and Nathan tied the knot at Oak Alley Plantation in Vacherie, LA on June 24th, 2017.

How you two met, how he proposed, or any other little story you'd like to share about your relationship:
met - family's New Year's Eve party (kind of a set up that we were unaware of.. haha) ironically, my family has known his aunt for years. While serving in the Marines, Nathan's parents moved down to Texas to be closer to family. His family hosted a New Year's Eve party in which my family was invited. We met that night and have been together since.
proposed - Super Bowl Sunday (both big football fans, me the Saints and him the Texans) we went to our favorite park to get a run in before our super bowl party. I could tell he was nervous but tried not to make a big deal of it. Halfway through our run he stopped to "tie his shoe" and down on one knee, he asked me to be his wife. After I happily said yes, we simply walked the rest of our trail and called both parents to let them know the exciting news. The planned super bowl party had now been turned into a small engagement party. We celebrated the day with family, friends, and football.
